Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Shipping Estimates: Delivery times depend on your location. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Loss or Damage: Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier is our responsibility. You must notify us within 15 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong, or damaged.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Any customs duties, VAT, GST, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Our distributors are fully responsible for taxes and duties in the countries where they distribute Dent Zar products.
Returns & Refund Policy
Return Window: Products may be returned to the company within one month from the date of purchase.
Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
Approval & Payment: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Traceability: An expiration date label and a lot number label are attached to every product’s packaging to ensure traceability.
