Bone Expander Drills/Kit are an alternate to osteotomes for the expansion, and condensing of the atrophic mandibula, and maxilla in preparation for dental implant placement. This unique and latest technique is an alternative to the maxilar sinus elevation procedure. Expanders are driven into the bone with a ratchet wrench or low speed handpiece that decreases the surgical trauma of osteotomes.
